Elon Musk Warns About End Of The World, Says ‘It’s Just A Matter Of Time’.

Elon Musk is warning people to get mentally ready for the world to end.

For many years now, Elon Musk has repeatedly stated that the single greatest immediate threat to human civilization is the declining population rates. He has often stated that many countries are currently suffering an unprecedented population collapse because many are refusing to have children. Musk is already doing his part as he already has over 10+ children of his own.

But in a recent retweet from him, you can now add a new doomsday scenario he is currently worried about. Although it’s not as immediate as the population collapse, according to Musk. The new thing to worry about is an asteroid hitting earth and sending more than 80% of the world’s population into oblivion. About 66 million years ago, the exact same thing happened.

The Chicxulub asteroid hits the earth

This happened back when the dinosaurs reigned supreme in the world, a giant asteroid hit the Yucatan peninsula and wiped out 76% of the world’s species.

Elon Musk is convinced that a similar event taking place is only a matter of time. Although he didn’t specify when this might happen, he did share a BBC article that talks about how mammals defeated the dinosaurs thanks to this cataclysmic event.

For decades, Elon Musk has been trying to beat extinction to the punch by creating many companies that facilitate life for all humans. One of his most ambitious projects is to take humans to colonize Mars, but his project might not become a reality while he is still around.

But ecologists are already convinced that the earth is currently going through its sixth mass extinction event due to climate change. Just this week, Pakistan recorded floods that already left 1,000 deaths and displaced over 30 million people who are now homeless.

A third of the entire country is under water due to this massive flood that resembles an event from the bible. There are many climate change deniers who are hell-bent on trying to silence the obvious; the world is suffering from these effects on climate and very few are talking about them with the necessary urgency.
