Katsina Boy Broadcasts in the Hausa language to Preach about Peter Obi.
Unconfirmed reports are alleging that a young Hausa boy who is an indigene of Katsina state has built a semi-radio unit he is using to broadcast in the local Hausa language to preach about the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi with coverage extending throughout Kastina state.
This is according to a post by Mob Tv on Facebook seen by Choc News’ reporter, Mercy, this afternoon. The report further said;
“According to the 17 years old boy, Hausa ruled them for 18 years without any improvement in the whole northern state, he also stated that he once visited Onitsha, Peter Obi’s home state and the town was booming with development yet Igbo have never ruled before. If we can give an Igbo man a chance and give them at least four years to showcase what they got, Nigeria will be the top 1 in Africa and will be competing with America.
According to him, millions of Hausa people are using their radio 24/7 and not much on social media, even a 120 years old Hausa man is with his radio at the back of his house.”
“His radio has raised concern among northern elites with callers, calling in to air their views”, the post concludes.
Mr. Peter Obi’s entry into the 2023 presidential elections race has kindled hope among a wide section of Nigerians, especially the youth population who see in him a departure from the old breed of politicians. There have been media-reported rallies and meetings taking place in several parts of the country identified as the ‘Obidient’ movement.
