Leaked Spy Documents Reveal Putin Has ‘Parkinson’s, Cancer,’ As Expert Notices “Black Hands”.
Russian leader, Vladimir Putin has early-stage Parkinson’s disease and pancreatic cancer, according to leaked spy documents in the latest unverified claim about Putin’s ill health.
Putin’s health is in renewed focus after photos showing strange marks and color appeared online, according to a report in UK-based Express.
There have been scores of rumors about Vladimir Putin’s illnesses for months and he has regularly appeared twitching and unsteady in public.
Many people online speculated that the needle mark is an intravenous (IV) track mark. Retired British army officer and member of the House of Lords Richard Dannatt also talked about the issue of Mr. Putin’s health while appearing on a program on Sky News.
He said that it is worth reflecting on how healthy – or not – is the Russian President.
“Keen observers now are noticing that his hands are looking pretty black on top, which is a sign of injections going in when other parts of the body can’t take injections,” Lord Dannatt told Sky News.
Although opposition figures in Russia have continued to make these claims, especially given his unexplained absences and his shaky public appearances, suspecting he is battling serious health problems, the Kremlin has kept up with denials.
Now emails from a Russian intelligence source appear to confirm the 70-year-old has been diagnosed with cancer and Parkinson’s, according to The Sun.
The leaked documents allegedly read: “I can confirm he has been diagnosed with early-stage Parkinson’s disease, but it’s already progressing. This fact will be denied in every possible way and hidden.
“Putin is regularly stuffed with all kinds of heavy steroids and innovative painkilling injections to stop the spread of pancreatic cancer he was recently diagnosed with.
“It not only causes a lot of pain, Putin has a state of puffiness of the face and other side effects – including memory lapses.
“In his close circle, there are rumors that in addition to pancreatic cancer, which is gradually spreading, Putin also has prostate cancer.”
A few months ago, a US intelligence report suggested that Mr. Putin may be suffering from an “advanced form of cancer”. The assessment also said that the Russian President survived an assassination attempt in March this year.

Supporters say Mr. Putin saved Russia from destruction by an arrogant and aggressive West. They say he has clawed back clout after the humiliations suffered by the Russian elite as the Cold War ended.
