Ray J Raises Suicide Concerns With Cryptic Social Media Post.
Ray J last Thursday evening, made a post on Instagram suggesting an intention to commit suicide but didn’t follow through with it.
Although Ray J is doing well and no harm has come to him, the now deleted post raised concerns about his mental health conditions.
The post suggested he was contemplating throwing himself off a rooftop. It all happened while drunk and during a moment of self-reflection he wanted to share on his Instagram stories.
Fortunately, Ray J didn’t go through with it by using his kids as a reason to not jump. This is what he wrote on several Instagram stories:
“If it wasn’t 4 my Kidz I would jump off and die tonight. SHOULD I JUST JUMP off and end it rit. Now!!! ???? Trying to figure it out — maybe this life was a illusion. Maybe the next life was my real reality.”
Ray J showed pictures of his feet hanging from a ledge to rub in the scene he was in. It was unclear if he was on a balcony or a rooftop but that hardly matters.
Ray J is one out of many men who have suffered mental health issues and are oddly linked to the Kardashian clan.

Ray J is a singer, composer, and TV personality who jumped to fame when he produced and directed Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, titled ‘Kim Kardashian Superstar’. After the Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson tape created a revolution in the X-Rated film industry, many attempted to recreate the same. Paris Hilton did it and Kim Kardashian did it as well. Ray J dated the socialité between 2002 and 2006.
The sex tape that had a general release in 2007 shot Kim Kardashian into the limelight. Ray J has been criticized for his involvement in the tape ever since and has struggled with mental health problems because of it.
Ray is also the brother of recording artist Brandy and Snoop Dogg’s first cousin.
