Father Kills Four Children, Stages Kidnapping to Conceal Crime.
Lahore, Pakistan – In a deeply distressing incident that has sent shockwaves through Lahore city in Pakistan, a man is alleged to have killed his four minor children by throwing them into a canal, all in an attempt to hide his heinous crime, according to police reports.
The victims, identified as Sabir, Ayesha, Nabiha, and Samia, were aged between 5 and 11 years old.
Muhammad Azeem, a resident of Kahna, a densely populated low-income area, filed a complaint with the police on Monday, claiming that his four children had been kidnapped. Consequently, a First Information Report (FIR) against unknown kidnappers was registered, and a police investigation was initiated.
However, during the course of the investigation, suspicions fell on Azeem himself, leading to his questioning by the police. It was during this interrogation that he shockingly confessed to the gruesome act. Azeem revealed that he had thrown his three daughters and one son into the canal. He admitted to committing this horrific crime following a dispute with his wife.
Police officials stated that the suspect had concocted a kidnapping drama to divert attention from his monstrous act. Muhammad Ali, a police officer, revealed that Azeem had taken his four children on a bike ride to the canal road and offered them burgers. While they were eating by the edge of the canal, he heartlessly pushed them into the water. The officer further noted that the primary motive behind the murders was to conceal his immoral actions.
This chilling incident has left the community in shock and mourning the loss of these innocent young lives. Police and Rescue 1122 have initiated efforts to recover the bodies from the Lahore canal.
A murder case has been registered against the suspect, who will face the full weight of the law for this horrifying crime that has shaken the nation.
