Marilyn Manson Accused of Abusing 16-Year-Old Girl.
A lawsuit has been filed against musician Marilyn Manson, alleging that he engaged in sexual abuse of a 16-year-old girl in Nassau, New York in 1995.
The alleged victim, referred to as Jane Doe in the complaint to protect her identity, claims that the abuse took place on a tour bus following one of Manson’s concerts. The lawsuit alleges that Manson committed acts of “forcible copulation and vaginal penetration” against the victim, who was a virgin at the time.
The complaint further alleges that Manson began calling the victim within weeks of the abuse and asking her to send explicit sexual photos to his fan club, Satan’s Bakesale. The victim claims that Manson threatened her, saying that if she told anyone about the abuse, he would kill her and her family.
The lawsuit also claims that the victim was invited to a concert in New Orleans where she was abused again and that Manson continued to have contact with her and abuse her during a tour in 1999.
The victim’s lawyer has also stated that Manson and his associates provided the victim with drugs and alcohol and that being part of Manson’s group required her to engage in similar behavior.
Marilyn Manson has been the subject of similar allegations from 15 women, including actress Evan Rachel Wood and model Ashley Morgan Smithline. However, the singer has not commented on the recent lawsuit at this time.
It’s important to note that the allegations made in the lawsuit have not been proven in a court of law and that Marilyn Manson is entitled to the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise. Nevertheless, these serious accusations have been made, and it is a matter for the court to determine the validity of the claims.
