a. Specialized Support: Providing tailored support to scholars throughout their academic journey.

c. Alumni Network: Establishing a robust alumni network for continued growth and collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Mastercard Foundation scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of a country in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to driving change in Africa, particularly in the areas of public policy and significant political, environmental, and societal transitions.
- Exhibit a demonstrable need for financial assistance to pursue higher education.
- Present a recommendation from your university.
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) by the following academic year.
- Apply for a two-year Master’s program at one of Sciences Po’s seven Graduate Schools. Note that one-year Master’s, dual degree, or joint Master’s programs are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Attain a minimum of C1 level proficiency in either French or English, depending on your chosen program.
- Have not obtained or be working towards a prior Master’s degree.
- Be under 35 at the start of the graduate academic year.
