Nigeria Mourns The Loss of Legendary Actor ‘Papa Ajasco,’ Femi Ogunrombi.
Nollywood veteran actor, Femi Ogunrombi, also known as “Papa Ajasco,” has passed away. The news of his passing was confirmed by journalist and theatre practitioner, Husseini Shaibu, via Twitter on Sunday, January 15th.
According to the report, Ogunrombi passed away in the late hours of Saturday, January 14th.
Ogunrombi was widely recognized for his role in Wale Adenuga’s popular comedy series, “Papa Ajasco,” where he took on the titular role after Abiodun Ayoyinka left the show. He was known for his unique comedic style and will be greatly missed by fans and colleagues alike.
