US Man Throws Money Out Window To ‘Bless’ People With Cash.
Oregon, USA: A bizarre incident took place on Tuesday night when a man identified as Colin Davis McCarthy, 38, threw around $200,000 from a moving car near milepost 192 on Interstate 5.
The incident was reported by witnesses who saw money being thrown out of the vehicle.
According to the Oregon State Police, troopers responded to the scene at about 7:23 p.m. on April 11 and identified McCarthy as the person throwing the money. McCarthy allegedly told the police that he wanted to share the gift of money with others and that he got the money from elsewhere, but declined to say from whom.
Authorities claim that McCarthy allegedly emptied the joint bank accounts belonging to his family before dumping thousands of dollars in cash onto a nearby highway. However, at this time, McCarthy faces no charges, according to a police spokesperson.
