As news of his illness spreads, predictions by 16th-century astrologer Nostradamus resurface, hinting at royal turmoil.
According to Nostradamus’ 1555 text “Les Propheties” (“The Prophecies”), he foresaw a crisis in the monarchy. Mentioning the “King of the Isles” being ousted and replaced by an unexpected successor, his words gain attention amidst King Charles’ health battle.
In his book ‘Nostradamus: The Complete Prophesies for the Future’, renowned British author Mario Reading interprets the prediction as a consequence of disapproval over marital matters. Reading suggests that public discontent might lead to a change in leadership, possibly involving Prince Harry assuming a significant role.
Notably, Nostradamus’ past predictions regarding the British Royals, such as the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, have proven accurate. Speculation arises about potential family dynamic shifts, especially considering Prince Harry’s return to London following his father’s diagnosis.
While Charles’ illness might prompt reconciliation between father and son, repairing relations with Prince William, the heir to the throne, remains uncertain.
