As part of the settlement, Depp will receive one million dollars.
Depp’s lawyers have now announced that the actor will donate the money to charity. In a statement, they said:

“The jury’s unanimous decision and the resulting judgment in Mr. Depp’s favor against Ms. Heard remain fully in place.
